The Club
Great West Fitness & Racquets Club is conveniently located in east Abbotsford between Sumas Way and McMillan Road just off Old Yale Road (Yale Court) and can easily be accessed from Highway 1 by taking the Sumas Way North exit. Formerly the Abbotsford Fitness & Racquets Club, the Great West Fitness & Racquets Club was formed in 1996 as a result of a merger of ideas between friends and soon to be business partners. The goal is to provide high quality facilities and programs to the people in the communities within which the clubs operate in order to help improve their lives. |

Facility
The Great West Fitness & Racquets Club has four indoor hard courts housed under a bubble year round and five outdoor hard courts (not lighted) also available to its members for play year round. There is a clubhouse which provides club members with a viewing lounge, two squash courts, change rooms with lockers, showers and dry saunas, a full service fitness facility including coed and women's only fitness centres, supervised child care centre, tanning salon and pro shop. Food and beverage services are provided by the Sports Bar & Grill. |

Programs
A variety of instructional programs for all ages and ability levels are offered by Head Pro, Adrian Oziewicz and his assistant Martin Maslis. There are numerous opportunities for members to participate in organized play including: men's and women's in-house and inter-club leagues, adult and junior open tournaments, club tournaments, men's doubles night, mixed social nights and junior league. Personal Fitness Training programs are available through the club's full service fitness centre. |
